Purpose and Scope This policy sets out the framework for safety, risk management, liability, and responsible operations for all activities offered under the Guide Tours ApS group. The policy applies to all tours and activities, whether conducted on foot, by bicycle, rickshaw, scooter, by bus, or on the water (e.g. boat or ship), and whether conducted with or without a guide. 2. Liability and Participation Participation in activities is at the guest’s own risk, unless otherwise required by mandatory legislation. Guide Tours ApS and its affiliated companies cannot be held liable for personal injury, accidents, or losses arising from normal movement in public areas, traffic conditions, weather conditions, third-party actions, or circumstances related to the guest’s own conduct or health. Guests are strongly encouraged to hold appropriate personal accident, travel, and liability insurance. 3. Risk Assessment Activities may involve the following risks: • Uneven pavements, cobblestones, and curbs • Traffic conditions (cars, buses, bicycles, pedestrians) • Weather conditions (rain, wind, heat, cold, snow, and ice) • Limited mobility of children, elderly guests, or persons with reduced mobility • Boarding and disembarking rickshaws, bicycles, scooters, buses, or boats • Water-based conditions related to vessels and harbor areas Risks are mitigated through route planning, guest information, and responsible conduct by staff and partners. 4. Staff, Emergencies, and First Aid There is no certified safety management system in place. Staff are instructed to act responsibly and are familiar with contacting emergency services (112) in case of emergencies. Guest and staff safety is always the highest priority. The availability of first aid equipment cannot be guaranteed for all activities. 5. Partners and Third Parties Where activities are carried out in cooperation with third parties, including bus or boat operators, these parties are solely responsible for their equipment, personnel, and compliance with applicable legislation. Guide Tours ApS acts as organizer and intermediary and cannot be held liable for third-party operations or actions. 6. Sustainability Guide Tours ApS works continuously with responsible and sustainable operations, including the use of low-emission transport methods and a focus on local experiences. 7. Data Protection (GDPR) We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. Personal data is collected only when necessary for booking and the execution of activities. Data is deleted when it is no longer relevant or legally required to be retained. 8. Policy Updates This policy is updated as needed and at least once annually or in the event of significant changes to our activities. 9.
