BOOKING
All guided tours must be booked and paid for no later than 10 days before the start of the tour (with a few exceptions if booked later. Call for details). Bookings should be done online or by writing us an email to [email protected] or via our contact form. You can also call, write on WhatsApp or send a text message to: +45 6151 2030. PAYMENT Our guides are locked into a booked tour and cannot take on other assignments during the same time. Therefore bookings are made as a form of ticket purchase. Payment must be made no later than 10 days before a planned tour/assignment and for companies, as shown on the invoice. However, in some cases exceptions can be made by agreement if, for example, an immediate transfer can be made. In case of late or non-payment, Guide Tours reserves the right to cancel the tour. You can pay with Danish and Norwegian Vipps Mobilepay to no. 812200 or with a bank transfer from a Danish bank to reg. 5958 account 0001028376 or from a bank outside of Denmark using IBAN: DK9659580008800231 or via a unique payment link using a VISA Card or Mastercard. CANCELLATION Cancellation must be made in writing by email to [email protected] no later than 4 working days before the date of an agreed tour. If the cancellation is made in time, Guide Tours only charges DKK 300,00 per tour guide and DKK 375,00 per 30 mins. for planning and other preparatory work. If the full amount has already been paid, Guide Tours will refund the remaining amount within a few working days of the cancellation. If payment has not yet been made, the booking fee(s) will be charged a few days after the cancellation, for payment within 10 working days. DISCLAIMER & INSURANCE You accept that your participation in our guided tours takes place at your own risk. It is your own insurance that covers any damage, personal injury, lost or damaged objects and/or lost time. Good insurances to have include a contents insurance, health insurance and/or travel insurance. By using Guide Tour's services you accept that Guide Tours cannot be held responsible for personal injuries or other damages that may occur on a tour. If you are responsible for damages, losses or accidents as a result of unacceptable behavior, willful neglect or negligence in traffic, you accept liability for compensation. |
